John Gould

Managing Partner/Principal Practice Areas: Family Law Criminal Law – All Courts Litigation Property Law – Conveyancing (Residential and Commercial) Leases, Mortgages and Business Agreements Wills and Estates

John is the founding member of the firm and is its Principal.

He was admitted in 1986 and has been in private practice since 1989. Prior to his move to private practice, John was a member of the Magistrates Courts Service and rose through the ranks to that of Clerk of the Court Noosa and Acting Magistrate.

John commenced and managed the Legal Aid Duty Lawyer Scheme in Gladstone and also assisted in the Queensland Law Society’s High School Legal Education program.

In his years of practice he has gained extensive experience in all aspects of Criminal and Family Law, and most litigious matters, Wills and Estates. In litigation, he has represented clients from all socio-economic backgrounds.

In addition to managing the day to day running of the firm, John also oversees the Conveyancing Department.
